I've stayed at a variety of hotels (including 5*) and was mildly concerned that I'd hate this hotel. I quite liked it. The staff were helpful, the location is fantastic. I couldn't stop taking showers, the water pressure was so great (not environmental - but a nice change). My room came with a kitchenette so I was able to cut costs by buying a couple items from the store for breakfast, or re-heating leftover dinners. The bed was not the comfiest I've slept in, but it was certainly comfy enough. I was on the 22nd floor, and the view was beautiful! I received a *$ voucher towards breakfast, but you may wanna try a different meal at the restaurant, the breakfast was not good. Potatoes were cool, rest of it was ok. Coffee was good though! Also received $* vouchers for declining room service, which was fine. Used those in the coffee shop downstairs. All in all, totally enjoyable. Oh yeah, and the pool doesn't look like anything special, but its there & it's warm. The sauna was quite nice though.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and quite nice. It included a full kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, and small (but not mini) refrigerator. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it's nice to have that option. By many criteria, this was a good hotel experience and an excellent value. It was very quiet given its central location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate breakfast in the restaurant three times and enjoyed everything we tried. The room was very hot when we first arrived, but a call to the front desk brought a staffer with a wrench within five minutes and the problem was fixed. The biggest downside to the room was that the beds were rock-hard and the pillows so large that we all had sore necks the first morning. If you're used to that style of bed and pillow, this might not be a problem, but it cost us some comfortable sleep. Another shortcoming was being asked to pay for in-room wireless Internet access. We, like many other guests, used the free service in the lobby rather than paying $*/day.

The great experience in this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the restaurant service is incredible, nice customer service and they are very quick in serving the food. Everybody in the hotel are very friendly. We are very happy and definetely will be back.

This hotel was in a great location for our short stay with no car. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They upgraded us at no charge to a huge, comfortable king suite without even asking, and the front desk staff remembered my name every time. The view of Vancouver was spectacular from our 14th floor room. We enjoyed a nice breakfast also. I would definitely stay here again, if just to say hello to the doorman!
