The Radisson Fallsview is in one of the best vantage points for watching the falls from the fallsview rooms. Check in was a breeze, even though we were a little early! Staff is very friendly and courteous, even the housekeeping staff we spoke to. When the website description says within walking distance, they are correct - we were so very close to everything! The room was nice and clean, and the jacuzzi tub was a bonus!! The Sleep Number bed - oh so comfortable!! We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely stay there again!!

Hotel management is very bad, do not let us cancel way in advance.... After checking in, we found out this is a very poored managed and serviced hotel, no breakfast, parking $*/day...and worst of all, instructed to call call Room Service for things we need, but when we did call for a minor item, Room Service just left it at the front desk and WE HAD TO GO DOWNSTAIRS TO GET IT... Poor service, better keep away

Our fallsview hotel room was amazing, we had such a great experience at this hotel and we would stay again. Helpful staff and the hotel restrauant and bar were good. Sleepcomfort beds are not all they are cracked up to be, but still had a great stay.
