On arrival, our room was dirty, I mean that I don't think some areas of the room are ever cleaned. There were stains on the pillows that could be seen through the pillow cases. Leaks and mold in the bathroom. when we were finally leaving, I was waiting in the car for the rest of the family to come out, when a valet pulled up in someones car and opened the door right into mine and did not seem to care. When I confronted him about the damage, he just walked off. When I complained to the management, they offered me a discount on my next visit! Could not pay me to stay there again

Stayed at Sheraton on the Falls last weekend for one night. Be aware that the Hotel registration is lodged in between buildings so you pull into a narrow parking area. The area was very crammed with vehicles from the guests that were registering. The line was backed up and we had to wait on the street for approx 5 minutes until we were able to pull in. Once in the deck ,were told to pull to right and park while registering. Once registered they provide instructions to self parking deck. was told to go "past pedestrian walkway" to parking deck. Wasnt told it was right next door and missed turn. had to circle around onto QEW and back down hill. parking deck was horrendous, jammed with cars. Couldnt find spot. cars were going both directions, coming too fast around corners and almost got hit. signs said to go right but were barriers preventing a right turn. Terrible experience. finally parked and got into hotel didnt see sign that said sheraton to the right and ended up in the crowne plaza.When you come in from the parking deck have to turn right and go thru Hard Rock Cafe,and arcade before accessing the elevators to the rooms. room was ok,Was older and the ceiling in Bathroom was peeling. No tissues in room. did have a beautiful view of the falls. The balcony is pretty much non-functional and if we had small children I would have been nervous. They do however have a lock at the top of the balcony.close to the old casino but prefer new casino as staff was rude at old one.would probably not stay again and if we did would pay the 25.00 for valet

The hotel room has good view. We booked full falls view room. the receptionist are nice. The hotel is dog allowed. we bring in a very well trained chihuahua and the dog is very quite in the room. the receptionist let us leave our cell phone number . we checked in and put our luggage in hotel room. Two hours later we went to hotel restaurant had dinner for 45 minutes. the hotel restaurant take room number only and charge to room. after they checked our room number they find out my family had dinner in the restaurant that means the dog in the room unattended. We didn’t got any call. the Manager said we have to leave the hotel right away. we are forced to leave the hotel. It looks like the hotel traped people pay and leave. I hope i am the only case

We stayed on the falls side in a King Deluxe with a balcony. The balcony is not really a place I would recommend you stand. Maybe 8 inches wide. The room smelled and the noise from the party goers was so bad I had to call security. The hotel staff was very friendly, but I would not recommend this hotel for a weekend stay.

The overall experience with hotel and staff was exceptional. The problem we had was that there were what seemed like thousands of noisy, disrespectful teenagers there that literally took over the hotel. Forget elevator service or using the lobby or getting any sleep before midnight. A number of the staff were also irritated when having to deal with an obviously unchaperoned group of "future" leaders. That being said, the room and view were spectacular. Our stay was very pricey, since obviously the hotel was booked up. ( I know this because I was told there wasn't another floor that we could be moved to avoid the noise in the halls outside our room) Also, self parking is $*+, which seemed high. The stay would no doubt be much more enjoyable on a "normal" day.
