I rolled over after being in bed for less then an hour to see a bed bug on the sheet by my head. I called in my coworker and he saw two out on the bed. We then called the hotel staff and the manager came in with a man who would not identify himself by name or position. Both began by saying they could not say anything about the bugs. The did not move to look at the bed and they became exceedingly rude. They would not refund our money. We left for a different hotel after a heated argument over the man providing us with his job position, which he would not. This is the worst hotel experience of my life and dmy coworker's (he has spent the past 20 years traveling about 30% of his time). The next morning, we called and they had no incident report. They followed this statement by saying the room was checked and there was no problem. There was a problem, so this is hard to digest. They also say there had never been an incedent reported, but we found a clear report on trip advisor from September 2010 where the man had bites and had reported this to the hotel.

NIce location for the hotel, if you want to visit all the places. Took the hoop on and hoop off bus tour and it was the best. Was able to visit all the places and the price also included a free 45 min. boat ride and details at the front desk of hotel. Also be aware of the fire alarms. Unfortunately, received 2 false fire alarms on same day. Breakfast at the Tim Horton's couple of blocks away and you can pick up the water and any medicines from the drug store block away. Lot of nice dining options near the hotel for food.

I would pick this hotel again. It was clean, staff were all nice and pleasant, the service was excellent as well. The hair dryer was not working so I called Housekeeping to give me another one and I was impressed of how fast they came to replace the broken one. One more service that I appreciated was accommodating my request for an early check in since I was not feeling well that day. I would recommend this hotel to friends, family and business associates especailly if they are going in that area. Thank you for an excellent service.

Wonderful location - close to entertainment district (i.e. nightlife and theaters) and walking distance to Rogers Centre and CN Tower. Shoppers Drug Mart is next door, and hotel is adjacent to Starbucks. Tim Horton's for breakfast and coffee on the next block. Clean and very hip stylish hotel. Rooms are small, but overall - still had a great stay.
