When i booked they told me that if i stay before a certain date that i would get an upgrade to a falls view room and breakfast for two for the same price of the cityview room. When I got there they were trying to get me to upgrade for an extra $*. I didn't pay the extra $$ because it was my understanding that i had booked a promotion. I ended up staying in the cityview room. It was not a city view room. I had a view of their air conditioners and of the parking lot. parking was $* + tax and i had to park in their third parking lot in the back across the street which was not worth the money. Also they wanted $* for internet.

My Husband and I just recently stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. We were amazed by the Falls right outside the window, Gorgeous view! You get what you pay for, this isn't a rinky-dink hotel. Room was spacious, bed was HUGE, very nice whirlpool, yet tiny shower. EVERYTHING WAS SUPER CLEAN. Staff was absolutely friendly, the lobby was nice, Free internet in lobby(not in room), I dont know what the last comment was talking about we took shuttles everywhere, they were there 10/15 before and after the hour. First night we walked in 25 degree weather to our destinations, trust me its not that bad, we wouldn't recommend walking all the way to the tourists attractions but then again the shuttle is always there.We went on tours in the off season so everyone we met remembered us, we felt at home. If you are going to go to Niagara Falls and are on a tight budget then don't go, the tours are a little costly but well worth it. We went on both the Tour behind the falls (astonishing) and the wine tour (yummy)..As for restaurants very pricey, in and outside the hotel. Cheapest we found was a Country Breakfast buffet 3 blocks down, but not worth it at all. Other than that we Highly recommend staying at the Sheraton. 4 thumbs up. p.s. for the gamblers go to the old casino not the new one =)

The rooms are big and the beds are very comfortable but it is the farthest hotel from all the activities of Niagra Falls. Yes the scene from my window was breath taking but surrounding the hotel is expensive places to eat and its a long walk to most attractions. Its not worth the money unless you are actually going to a conference in that hotel. There is NO Shuttle from the hotel you have to taxi everywhere from there.

this hotel is amazingly beautiful!! the front desk staff were nice. our room was very clean..however in your photos,you show photos that overlook the falls,you also feature jaccuzi tubs in your rooms..this led me to believe that my room was going to be one of these,i made all sorts of special plans for my anniversary weekend with these amenites in mind.i was very surprised and disappointed to say the least when i had an ordinary room..i would love to stay at this hotel again..i just have to really clarify my reason for visiting niagara falls. by the way this was my first time there and my only disappointment was not having the room i really believed i had..also the housekeeper informed me that we had an excellent view of the falls from the picturesque view from the window in the hallway near the elevators..!!!!!!????
