This was our first trip to Niagara Falls and this hotel really helped to make it a great vacation. I would be hard pressed to find any faults at all with this hotel. The room was sparkling clean with a fantastic view of the falls. Oh yes one problem, we had some trouble with the television, within five minutes of my call to the desk, someone was there to fix it. The entire staff was very freindly and attentive. The spa was especailly wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. There were six of us and since my parents are elderly, they wanted to be in a room with us to make it easier for them. I explained this to Marriott reservations and they said they had a suite with a separate bedroom that would work very well for us. It was not a suite. It was two bedrooms with an outter door so we could go in and out of each others rooms. That was all. We needed a shuttle of some sorts to get us from the hotel to some of the attractions and the front desk said there was one that made three stops and was something like $* and to go to the tour desk and they would help us. We went there numerous times and all they would sell us was a full package for $* per person. We explained we only wanted something with a few stops because of my parents. I tried three times and my daughter tried twice and we finallygave up and rented a car. Our toilet would not work and we had to have someone fix it and then our TV wouldn't work and someone had to come up and fix it. The soda machine was broken and out of order so we thought we would just get something from the honor bar in the room. There was two cans of beer in it and NOTHING else! For the price we paid for the "Suite", we were not happy with it at all. We loved Niagara Falls so much that we will be going back but will not ever stay there again.

This hotel was clean, nicely decorated and staffed with friendly professionals. The location couldn't be beat. Our room on the 14th floor had an excellent view of the falls. I was offered , and accepted a $* per night upgrade for a room that had a separate sitting room with a sofa that converted into a bed. With four of us in the room, it made a huge difference. The pool with two hot tubs was a hit with the kids. I loved it too. The incline down to the falls is only about 50 yards from the back door of the hotel, so it is possible (we didn't do it) to visit the falls withour driving. The only complaint we have it that the A/C was non-effective. It ran, but it would not cool down the room. Even when it was snowing outside. Despite this, I'd stay there again.

Tha first review that I have to say will be on the Vallet parking when myself and fiancee arrive to the front parking lot we were greeted very kindly. The Vallet personeel were always friendly polite professional and there uniforme were keept to standard despite the weather. The front dest personnel were also friendly and willing to help in any way possible, to check in to are rooms took less than five minutes after flying so several hours this was great. When it comes to are hotel room they were what we expected "Clean" and any questions that we had when it came to local, long distance calls, breakfast, shuttles, it was all there right in are fingure tips. The only comodety that we did not have was a refrigerator I thought the room had come with one but unforfuntly I did not. Also two items came up missing from are room they were a pair of small black gloves and a binnie cap both "UnderArmour" brand. Myself and my fiancee ask the front desk to communicate with house keeping to see if they had pick them up by accident, front desk call housekeeing but received no answear and that was pretty much the end of it, we both figure that they would find a way to communicate with housekeeping regardsless but front desk did not. We also ask the vallet personnel if they had found the items by accident, which they did not find anything.

The hotel is very clean and appears to be fairly new. Our room was clean with a down comforter and crisp sheets. It faced the falls and was spectacular -well worth the extra $$. Everything is more pricey near the falls --especially food; and parking at the hotel was $ a day PLUS taxes 16%-- total of the 3 taxes;. Service at the hotel was great and helpful. There's a Starbucks in the lobby and a restaurant in the hotel. We didn't use the workout room but enjoyed the hot tubs and the indoor pool. There's a number of restaurants within walking distance as well. The casino is just a few hotels down--also within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.
