Rates are based on double occupancy. An extra person charge of 12 CAD per person, per night will apply to all bookings of more than two adults. Children 12 and under stay free. Children 13-18, the additional 12 CAD per person, per night charge will apply.

This Hotel was definitely the best deal all the way around. The rooms were clean and Best Western Staff was delightfully polite and helpful. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to pet owners and plan to bring my dog with me next time I go to Niagara Falls. Due to a family emergency, we had to leave sooner then expected and the staff was very kind during this hectic time. The one thing that was disappointing that the "Fallsview" did not had a view of Niagara Falls, but the Falls were withing walking distance, the grounds around the Falls promenade were beautifully landscaped and kept meticulously clean. The Hustle and Bustle of Fallsview Boulevard was right outside our balcony and dining, theatres and shops were within easy walking distance!

my wife and i re-visited this hotel for the 2 nd time..we greatly enjoyed the 3 days we visited this time as we did before.the rooms have been renovated and they were very large and clean.the bed was absolutely perfect.not to hard and not to soft..what amazed us most was all the beautiful new buildings and casino in the area.we enjoy walking so we did not mind the 15 minute stroll over to clifton hill or the fairly steep hill which you have to walk to get down to the falls,which is relativity close.all the restaurants were over priced.thank goodness for tim hortons across the road.aparently they didnt feel the need to double their prices because of being at niagara falls.we only had one glich with our stay.when we checked out the hotel sliped an envelope, with our express checkout information in it,under our door.we noticed an unexpected sales tax charge.we had prepaid for our room and all the taxes were supposed to be included.when we asked about this we were told that tax was an optional green tax that we did not have to pay if we did not want to.if i had not questioned this i would have paid it along with the parking fees and never know the difference.i felt they were boderline dishonest by doing that but other than that our experience there was wonderful

The hotel was next to a mall, which was nice. We didn't use the pool but saw plenty of young families using it. The bar was nice and cozy. We were given coupons for breakfast which was a welcome surprise and very good (more than a continental breakfast). We shuttled back and forth to the airport and the drivers were very friendly. We drove to Niagara Falls, Canada for a few days and the Falls were easy to get to. Very much enjoyed our trip.

My husband and I took our 3 grandsons for a trip to Niagara Falls Canada. The1! and a half year old could open the door to the hallway by himself. The balcony I am sure was not up to code. I was afraid when we went out to sit outside. Needless to say we did not let them go out anymore. I do want to say the housekeeping was good. We stayed two nights and will never go here again. This hotel catered to people that had dogs more than children. Someone had also smoked on the balcony and the remnants of cigars and cigarettes were left on the balcony floor and in a cup. We were very disappointed.
