For 12 wonderful days we enjoyed the ambience of this hotel. Great room with a partial view of the ocean from the balcony. Service was great as was the pool area and the drinks. Since we were there for a long stay we appreciated the laundry facilities at pool level. The location of the hotel was a big plus. Practically on the ocean and yet had bus routes on each corner. Great info from the staff and what to do and how to get everywhere. Bus service on the island is a fantastic bargain. Also the bus drivers are very helpful. The weather was perfect for our Feb. holiday. Only suggestions were minor re better lighting in the bathroom area and the inclusion of a makeup mirror. This tower will be updated soon but fear not it is in great shape and a terrific bargain. Aloha.

Love this hotel!
02/05/2011This is our second time staying at this hotel and would stay again for 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. the location is perfect- close to waikiki beach and lots of places ...
This is our second time staying at this hotel and would stay again for 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. The location is perfect- close to Waikiki beach and lots of places to eat and shop. Lobby and pool area is always clean. Every room has a balcony which is a perfect place to sip your morning coffee from Seattle's Best Coffee located downstairs at the lobby. My 2 complains are parking- freakin expensive! $*/day for self park or $*/day for valet. And there is no free internet. But overall, I would still stay in this hotel the next time we visit Oahu and if I keep finding good deals.

I stayed at the hotel Oct 8-11 with my girlfriend and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were modern and spacious, and we had an upper floor that looked out on Waikiki back towards Ewa. The balcony was very large, with two regular chairs and a lounge chair. Bed, room amenities, and service were all very good. We didn't try many of the restaurants or the gym, but did have the chance to eat at Sensei which was a sushi/steak house in the hotel. It was excellent - had really great sushi. The pools were good, though as a couple it had a few too many screaming kids for me to really enjoy it. No fault of the hotel, but definitely kept me from wanting to spend a significant amount of time lounging there vs. the beach. I would definitely stay here again!
